- Oversee the daily operations of the kennel facility
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all animals in the kennel
- Coordinate and schedule feeding, exercise, and medication administration for each animal
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all animals
- Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health conditions of animals to the appropriate staff
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist with the intake and discharge process of animals
- Supervise and train kennel staff members
- Holidays and weekends required
- reliable transportation is a must
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working in a kennel or animal care facility required
- Knowledge of animal behavior, health, and nutrition
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job, yard work required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
