Job Description
We are looking to hire for the position of Kennel Worker, for a non-profit animal shelter. This position works daily with cats and dogs. Experience preferred.
Clean Kennels and crates each day
Walk dogs, move dogs and cats to various areas around shelter
General Animal upkeep, washing etc.
Clean dog runs and yards
Cat cages and rooms
Follow directives from Manager/Upper Management
Ensure animals are safe, and well cared for.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Bring dogs and cats out to the public for meet and greets.
The candidate must be professional, mature, flexible, and willing to get dirty.
