KeepStock is their inventory management service. The device itself looks like, and functions somewhat like a vending machine. Keepstock has two parts: vendor management solutions and customer management solutions. The support team only works with vendor management solutions. ~10,000 distribution machines across US. Infrastructure support of Keepstock Vendor Management. Other team is mainly the Grainger rep supporting the machine on site. Keepstock Analysts are responsible for order/refill/manage inventory, machine configuration. There will be someone on site there that they will walk through hands on support of the tool. Work hours are 8-3pm. They have a proprietary ticketing system.

This person will be supporting their large retro fit project. This role is physical based work very repetitive. During slower times they would fill vending machines with products but the primary focus is packaging medal brackets, PCs, touchscreen, those get sub assembles together and packaged 10-15 steps.
