Kaprikorn is a thriving commercial cannabis nursery and indoor flower producer, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our close-knit team of 35. Position: Fulfillment and Packaging Staff

We're looking for a team member for our indoor flower production facility to work on our order fulfillment and packaging team. This person will work at our indoor facility in Eugene 5 days a week. Shifts are 8:30am-5:00pm.

If you have great attention to detail, take direction well and are hard working then you might be right for this position. It helps to have computer experience for this position and previous Metrc experience is a plus.

Fulfillment Team Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging: Properly package recreational cannabis products according to state regulations and company guidelines. Ensure accurate labeling of products.
• Weighing product for orders with accuracy
• Preparing product for joints: bucking, water leaf removal, grinding
• Inventory organization and auditing
• Work in Leaflink, Canix and with Google Sheets
• Remain up to date in in compliance with OLCC rules and regulations
• Quality Control
• Cleaning

Other Duties May Include:

• Assist with additional tasks including joint rolling, up-potting, trimming, and harvesting
• deliveries
• working in the greenhouse, clone facility or outdoor grow in Lowell

Requirements:

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Experience with plants is beneficial
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• 21 years old or older and eligible for an OLCC worker permit
