- Researches, plans, trains, executes, and facilitates operational improvement programs to create a culture of continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, elimination of waste, and key result area improvement (safety, quality, service, and cost)
- Lead change management process across the plant
- Lead continuous improvement projects through cross-functional team facilitation and project management.
- Use Lean manufacturing tools (e.g., value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Gemba walks, root cause problem solving) to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement.
- Provide leadership by mentoring associates in the use of Lean tools, ensuring transfer of knowledge and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on plant processes, procedures, and performance using evaluation tools and make recommendations on improvements to operational leaders.
- Facilitate the development of A3 project plans so all aspects of the project scope are properly managed.
- Track, monitor, and report regularly on project status; monitor product and process improvement milestones to ensure on-time completion and sustainability.
- Analyze, develop, ratify, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
- Contribute to plant success by establish collaborative relationship with local plant management.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to facilitate teams and influence direction.
- Able to learn and apply Lean concepts and tools (5S, value stream mapping, visual workplace, flow and pull manufacturing, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to invest time and energy in continuous learning of Lean principles and tools.
- Team player; strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lead/facilitate kaizen events.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.

$80k - $100k

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
