ABOUT THE JOB:
•FULL TIME - (35-40) hours per week, Some Saturdays. Overtime is available regularly based on performance.
•STARTING PAY: ($16-$18/hr) Depending on Experience - Must have at least 1 year working experience in Moving, Delivery, Landscape, Construction, or Junk Removal
•JUNK SHOT Employees are hired to haul AND drive and are trained to properly dispose of and/or recycle unwanted material from homes, apartments, and businesses.
•Employees are supplied with full uniform for each day and are expected to maintain a professional appearance. Trucks are brand new and must be well maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH GOOD DRIVING HISTORY
•DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE PERFORMED
•Experience working for a service-based company, or at least 1 year of moving, delivery, landscape, construction, junk removal or management experience A PLUS
•Able to operate smartphone apps
•Able to follow detailed instructions, and make critical decisions on
•At least 21 Years of age
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Remove, Haul, and Dispose / Recycle unwanted material from Single Family Residences, Businesses, Apartment Communities.
-Proper Disposal of collected material, utilizing a network of disposal facilities-Removing furniture, Construction Debris, Lawn/Landscape Debris, Clothing, Boxes, Trash, etc.
-Loading, Lifting consolidating debris into our dump trucks
-Enter Smartphone Data including Before & After job photos
-Operation of company Dump Truck (No Special License Required)
•Marketing Activities including but not limited to "cold stops" and passing out company flyers/brochures to potential customers. Provide Courteous and Effective Service to all Clients by handling all communications in an efficient and professional manner
•Maintain Company truck by monitoring fluid levels and service records
