The Junk Removal Supervisor is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day junk service activities to meet established junk operating goals, standards, sales and profits.

- Pay range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site assessments to accurately evaluate the volume, type, and cost of junk for removal
- Utilize your sales skills to convert inquiries into on-site sales
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and networking
- Safely operate a Junk Removal truck, perform truck inspections, and secure the truck at the end of each job
- Deliver exceptional customer service as you provide on-site Junk Removal estimates
- Utilize safe lifting techniques to remove unwanted items for customers
- Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
- Make product recommendations to customers and upsell services as needed
What We’re Looking For
We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.

- Must be 18 years or older due to insurance restrictions
- 3-year driving history (1-year Commercial Motor Vehicle driving experience) preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
- Ability to self-dispatch using mobile Junk software
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
