Aisle Ai Weddings is a wedding planning company. We are certified, award-winning Wedding Planners from the Bridal Society that prepare couples for their walk down the aisle. We have interests in love, design, and all things beautiful. Our company does everything from bachelorette parties, bridal showers, to full-planning services. Our team loves merging modern and classical looks.

We are currently operating in Chicago and New York.

What is a Junior Planner/ Wedding Planner Intern?

Aisle Ai’s Wedding Planner Intern will help us execute weddings . They will be reporting directly to the owners of the company and assist in executing our weddings on the day of the event. Our Intern will have a passion for connecting future and current customers to Aisle Ai and be someone who is quick to think on their feet.

What will you do?

• Assist the Planners and Senior Planners with set up and tear down for wedding events
• Help organize the couple’s personal items and decor items
• Follow the planned itinerary for each wedding and make sure things are moving in a timely manner
• Participate in any social media campaigns
• Capture footage and pretty images during weddings to make sure we have that for social media!
• Support the owners in any execution needs leading up to the event

What do you need?

• College student or Recent College Grad enrolled in a BS/BA program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, communication, or similar fields.
• Looking for planners who have experience with Indian weddings, Chinese weddings, Jewish weddings, Korean weddings, and/or Nigerian weddings is a plus.
• Highly organized. You stay on top of content calendars and deadlines.
• Experience with events is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are resilient and can move quickly to get things done.
• Good communication skills. You are not afraid to hop on a call to share ideas or feedback.
