Junior Web Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic web development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience in web development. We focus primarily on the .NET platforms and use ASP.NET MVC and Razor for our applications. A successful candidate will have the chance to work on exciting projects, enhance their skills, contribute to the growth of our team, and have a meaningful impact on the transportation industry at large.. This is Phoenix-based Hybrid role.

Requirements

What We Want You to Do

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications to meet business needs.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, presenting analysis and participating in code reviews.
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

It would Be Great to Have

• Experience with version control systems (Git a plus).
• Familiarity with RESTful web services.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of web development concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with the .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Razor.
• Proficient in C# programming language.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of database systems such as SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
