SalaryROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Research and create technical documentation and user reference materials by gathering input from subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Conduct live remote and in-person training on an as-needed basis.
- Create recorded eLearning courses using applications like Zoom, Camtasia, and Stream
- Conduct classes supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Provide support and day-to-day training on an as-needed basis for Oracle HCM
- Promote a philosophy of lifelong learning.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ experience in a training-related role in an enterprise or educational environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with video production software like Camtasia, Captivate, or comparable applications.
- Experience with video conferencing software like Zoom, Webex, or equivalent
- Ability to create professional quality documentation.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting and/or creating eLearning courses.
- Demonstrated Skills in Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Classroom Training, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
Required Qualifications:
- Associate of Arts (or Science) Degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or at least a total of three unexpired certifications from CompTIA and/or Microsoft, earned and/or renewed within the last five years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting training and creating documentation for Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM or other HCM applications
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Detroit, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
