OUR MISSION: To provide welcoming and effective digital mental health support to students proactively.
Using the collective insight from nearly 1 million hours of professional intervention, we guide students to three areas of evidenced-based support: self-guided, community/peer interactions, and chat-based counseling provided by licensed Counselors. These areas of assistance are designed to match each individual student’s current needs, wants and goals as well as identify and refer to higher level of care when needed.
A role with Kooth is an exciting opportunity to join the pioneers of digital mental health and wellbeing. Through online counseling you will be helping to provide youth and students with access to immediate and often crucial support. Kooth uses technology to remove any barriers that could prevent students from accessing the help that they need.
While students have 24/7 access to Kooth’s digital programs, messages and content can be created at any time. This role will be a full-time position focused on providing moderation services to users who are working through the platform.

This position will be responsible for overall administration, monitoring, analysis, provisioning and security of the organization technology. The candidate will be experienced with and have deep technical expertise in administering Google Workspace, Azure AD, M365, Intune, Jamf, Slack. The candidate will also be experienced with M365 applications, tools used to manage the Google Workspace, and practices used to secure the space.
- Provides escalation support to Help Desk for all infrastructure related issues
- Assist with and manage infrastructure projects and programs
- Provisions sites/accounts, and oversees management of the provisioning process, using any tools provided to facilitate the process.
- Perform tasks as an individual contributor and as part of a project team
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure and Google.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting production environment issues
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, ChromeOS, Windows OS, MacOS, Intune, Jamf, Slack.
- Demonstrated experience patch deployment and software packaging
- Experience administering/creating policies within systems tools.
- Proficient with Azure AD/Google Workspace and associated tools.
- Experience using M365, Entra ID and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- The pay range for this position will be $70,000 - $85,000 annually, with bonus potential.
