Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our warehouse facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Junior Studio Stylist, you will provide in-studio support for Styling and Photography teams, to include day-to-day studio tasks and quality control of photographed images. What You Get To Do Every Day
- Hit daily and monthly QC and accuracy goals and perform data capture in order to uphold overall product and site quality.
- Support Photographers with styling products and upholding quality expectations daily including clothing, handbags, shoes and other related accessories.
- Assist with process reshoots, inventory cleanliness and stock, copy errors, styling-related call-outs, and in-house damages for modification to ensure any product going up on the site is up to standard.
- Support the Photography department, which may include but is not limited to, shooting, steaming and sorting.
- Maintain continuous, open communication with the Photography and Warehouse teams.
What You Bring To The Role
- Understanding of Adobe Bridge and Lightroom a plus
- Understanding of e-commerce model and industry standards for product styling
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail
- Impeccable fashion and styling intuition
- Able to apply sound judgment while working independently, and as part of a team, within tight timelines.
Compensation | Benefits | Perks
- Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/quota targets achieved. Applicable to employees who work a minimum of 40 hours per month.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.00 - $16.50. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
