We are looking for Residential Solar Installers to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable on residential roofs, residential solar installation experience is highly preferred.

Do you fit this description?:
- Residential Solar Installation experience (preferred)
- Able to install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed
- Strong work ethic
- Close attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Solar Installation (Preferred)
- Experience in roofing/construction
- Electrical knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)

Physical requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back
- Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)
- Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)
Pay:
$20/hr
Hours/Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, first shift schedule
- Rotating Saturday
- Overtime Opportunities
- Weekend Availability
