At Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions (TLSS), sister company of The Advocates, we help legal support professionals and attorneys develop their ideal job profile through an in-depth interview process and match them to opportunities at corporate legal departments and law firms. We use this same interviewing process when recruiting new team members to our firm to ensure that TLSS is a fit for them.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE LEGAL JUNIOR SEARCH CONSULTANT/RECRUITER AND SALES ROLE:
- You will make sales calls to sell retained and contingent search accounts
- You will manage your own client relationships through our proven systems and inquiry-based sales approach
- You will recruit, screen, and interview legal support professional candidates and attorney candidates
- You will coach candidates and clients through the hiring process
- You will write and post jobs on various media platforms
QUALIFICATIONS AND AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3.0 GPA required)
- At least one year of business-to-business sales experience; retail experience will not be considered
- Strategic and Conceptual Selling experience/training preferred
- Recruiting experience is preferred
- You are purposeful and think strategically about each sales call to increase closed sales
- Utilization of deep and critical listening skills with colleagues, clients, and candidates
- You hold yourself to high professional standards and are dedicated to accomplishing your goals
