Junior Scientist

Position Objective:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Scientist to join our team and provide technical support to our Program Managers (PMs). As a Junior Scientist, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and execution of innovative programs and initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a healthcare-related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This position is supporting the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Duties and Responsibilities:

1. New Program Support :

• Assist PMs in developing recommendations for new programs and technologies.

• Contribute to the development of strategic and technical plans.

  1. Briefing Support :

• Develop presentation briefings to support the office's mission and objectives.

• Assist in conveying technical concepts to stakeholders and senior HHS personnel.

  1. Testing/Demonstrations :

• Assist with testing and demonstrations to support program objectives.

• Participate in the development of test plans and safety requirements.

  1. Program Evaluation :

• Support agency-level program evaluation and reporting efforts.

• Assist in the implementation of an agency-wide approach to evaluation.

  Basic Qualifications:

• Degree Requirement: Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in healthcare or related fields.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
