Role Summary:
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting our efforts to expand our client base. You’ll work closely with senior sales professionals, learn the ropes, and contribute to our growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Qualify leads and create a pipeline for senior sales reps.
Client Engagement:
- Assist in presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotes and proposals.
- Help solve customers’ business challenges.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Assist with manufacturer deal registrations.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Help with proper processing of orders.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Achieving Targets:
- Work towards achieving monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Experience:
- Prior sales experience (internships or part-time roles) is a plus.
Team Player:
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
- High degree of mental toughness and tenacity.
- Ability to ask hard questions and adjust your approach.
- Willingness to tackle complex issues and see them through to the end.
