Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Junior Product Management Consultant who is ready to embrace significant responsibilities quickly. Joining our small, dynamic consulting team, you will provide comprehensive support in Product Management for both our clients, focusing on international business dynamics. Your role will include investigating and interpreting emerging trends in international business that are pertinent to our clients' Product Management interests. The position involves contributing to the development of product strategies, supporting internal initiatives, and facilitating advocacy efforts. Success in this role requires being highly organized, inquisitive, innovative, analytically sharp, and capable of presenting complex information in a clear and precise manner.
What are your responsibilities?
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends in international business, specifically relating to Product Management, and align this research with the client's product strategies and objectives.
- Efficiently manage and document various Product Management tasks, ensuring they meet client expectations in a timely and consistent manner.
- Work closely with client teams, ensuring a seamless integration of international business insights with the client's product development, marketing strategies, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple Product Management tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for translating market research into actionable product insights.
- Proficient in creating compelling presentations and narratives for product strategies and findings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an acute attention to detail, accountability, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Product Management tools.
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or other.
Additional requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S., having resided in the U.S. for at least the last 5 years with no longer than a 90-day absence.
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government security clearance (Public Trust).
- Willing to work at both the client site and our Washington, D.C. offices.
