OBJECTIVE
Supports the Technology Team by leveraging and building functionalities within Passion's Technology Platforms. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support as an RMS (relational management system) expert for the team
• Builds tools and workflows within RMS for process improvement and ministry success
• Assists RMS Team in the building, QA, and documentation processes for new features and releases
• First responder on RMS issues
• Assist with RMS User Trainings, Content, and Solution Audits within system
• Support RMS software upgrades, feature releases, and community recipes/ideas
• Collaborate with departments on ministry processes within RMS
• Support third party integrations tied to Passion's Technologies, especially RMS
• Collaborate with Lead Product Engineer to engage RMS open-source community
• Document and export Technology's efforts to the Passion team and the capital "C" Church through CONNECT's opensource ecosystem
• Assists with upcoming Alpha/Beta releases for RMS platform

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with rotating On-Call support

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
• Bachelor's Degree in business or IT. 2+ year's experience in an office environment, managing multiple projects at a time
• Strong backend data skills, including SQL and Object-Oriented Programming
