- Assist in reviewing time cards, organizing audits, and transmitting bi-weekly payroll.
- Ensures payroll laws, compliance and confidentiality and union requirements are adhered to.
- Maintains an accurate and timely schedule for reporting and processing of payroll data
- Supports and interacts with Operations and HR at all the sites.
- Assist in providing Information to new employees about payroll requirements and trains them to navigate ESS (Paycom).
- Help in developing reports requested by the sites.
- Assist in the review cross-departmental impacts and reconciles data sharing.
- Assist in calculating retro payments, adjustments, payouts as needed, help managing Union dues and rosters
- Help managing employees PTO profiles and accruals
- Assist in managing labor allocations and earning profiles to ensure employees have access to proper earning codes.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 Years of experience in various payroll operations (Timecard review, paycode audit, PTO accrual settings, retroactive pay calculations for salary increases, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Paycom highly preferred and its associated modules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (Vlook-ups & Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of Payroll laws, confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills
