What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of legal processes.  Experience with state and federal court e-filing is required, as is organizing and calendaring pleadings and documents.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Calendaring and document management.
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Stay updated on local court rules and filing procedures.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
