About the Role:
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in nurturing our burgeoning relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing key client accounts
- Work closely with senior Account Managers to develop and implement account strategies
- Monitor client satisfaction and collaborate with the service delivery team to address any issues promptly
- Support the preparation and presentation of reports on account status
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 12 years' experience in account management or a clientfacing role.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as time management skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication abilities.
- A keen learner who has proactive approach towards problem solving.
