Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and coachable individual to join our team as an Entry Level Graphic Design Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and eager to gain hands-on experience in the promotional products industry. As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced design team to support various projects and contribute to the creation of compelling visual content for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the design team in the preparation of digital files for production of promotional products, apparel, signage, and printed materials.
• Communicate courteously with clients to assist them with the creation of their jobs, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
• Review job specifications from work orders and produce print-ready digital files that adhere to client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Receive vendor proofs of submitted artwork, review them, and ensure that proofs are accurate before final approval.
• Stay on top of the art department's workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
• Create and maintain customer webstores on our proprietary platform.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to act fast while maintaining an exceptionally high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment
• Previous experience or internships in graphic design or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Must be open to feedback and willing to learn from experienced designers to continuously improve skills.
• Must be flexible with an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to change with little prior notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
