Responsibilities
- Understand project requirement and conceptual ideas
- Create compelling and effective layouts designs in print, collateral and digital media according to specifications
- Develop unique, coherent graphic design assets to support social media, email marketing, website, printed signage, advertising campaigns, etc.
- Assist with management of in-house hotel and restaurant collateral production
- Assist with creation, evaluation, and management of brand, positioning and visual style guide for food and beverage outlets
- Support on-property hotel sales and operations teams with creative/graphic needs for in-house guest marketing initiatives (meetings & conventions sales tools, weddings, group business, leisure guests, etc.)
- Manage and assist with creation of sales and operations marketing toolkit graphic support items
- Collaborate with marketing, hotel and F&B teams to ensure consistency of designs and messaging across various media outlets
- Use feedback from other designers/creative lead to improve
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, printing materials and techniques, conduct market research, understand competitive landscape and market trends
- Adhere to project deadlines
- Work under a Senior Designer to create engaging designs and solutions to various projects
