Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications as a full-stack web developer using .NET platform and contribute to the complete software development life cycle.
- Support SharePoint installation, configuration, upgrade, architecture, content management, workflow, reports and other Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) collaboration capabilities.
- Create, test, and implement automated solutions using Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment with continuous bug remediation and enhancements.
- Prepare for and present at sprint demos before deployment.
- Conduct research required to resolve issues and coordinate escalation as needed.
- Provide technical and end-user documentation for all software development efforts and product releases.
- Develop and edit documentation and reports and communicate with the stakeholders following government guidelines.
- Develop integration solutions using APIs where feasible and use decoupled and reusable methods for integrating with external and internal data sources and systems.
Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in systems and business integration in a Federal Government environment.
- Must have strong programming skills using ASP .NET, C#, CAML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Must have backend development experience to write queries and stored procedures using MS SQL server.
- Must have strong SharePoint development skills using SharePoint server-side object model and APIs.
- Strong Business Analysis / Re-engineering experience.
- Strong Data Management skills.
- Strong Data Automation skills.
- Strong information technology acumen and understanding of hardware and software requirements for software implementations and end-user support.
- 3-5 years demonstrated knowledge and experience using Federal systems.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently work on simultaneous projects.
- Ability to quickly recognize and prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various levels from executive to support.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Detail and process-oriented.
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance.
- MS Office Suite (intermediate+ Excel).
- Business Intelligence skills.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Any Cloud or SharePoint certifications (nice to have)

The annual salary range for this position is $67,003.00 to $103,400.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
