RESPONSIBILITIES

On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support to clients in the area.

Printer and PC Repair: Troubleshoot and repair printers and personal computers.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to understand and address their technical issues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and interactions with clients.

Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable mode of transportation to travel to client locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of printer and PC hardware, troubleshooting, and repair.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
