Junior Lawyer or Junior Corporate Lawyer
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)

In your role, you work closely with our client's legal teams and collaborate directly with their internal corporate stakeholders. The successful candidate will have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B contracts, ensuring that they follow relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Advise on and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with external vendors, customers, and suppliers
• Identify and evaluate legal and business risks associated with commercial contracts and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.

• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in law.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Fully Bilingual in Spanish
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
