Junior Concur T&E Implementer - with configuration, development and administrator experience.
- Contract position 3 to 6 months for a healthcare group in Tinton Falls, NJ. Immediate start.
- Needs to lead the T&E implementation effort for Compassion-First in conjunction with the AP Manager
- Must have Concur T & E (Travel & Expense) - Planning, Inventory, Card Integration, Financial Connectors, eReceipts, Reports and Mobile ApP
- Working closely with the Concur project managers to understand the project plan timeline, deliverables and responsible parties.
- Setting up and attending conference calls/meetings with Concur, Brittenford, Client and the internal team.
- Assistance with finalizing travel policies by hospital
- Training shared services staff (Accounting, Accounts Payable) on processing and administration of the system
- Facilitating training for end users including conducting live demos and encouraging attendance at Concur webinars
- Configuration of Concur T&E including workflows and audit rules. Includes gathering/export of data from various systems (Ceridian-Payroll, Dynamics GP, etc.).
- Help establish best practices using Business Intelligence reporting; auditing expenses.
- Documentation of configuration choices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Should be very good in troubleshooting technical issues, and have analysis and design skills to work on enhancements.
- Should be able to work with Dynamics GP team to integrate Concur T&E to GP.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, ability to foster and maintain strong working relationship with client teams.
- Responsible for the day to day administrative tasks including, but not limited to, employee profile updates, delegation, list management, etc.
