Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic Junior Financial Analyst to join the Client Finance team. The Junior Financial Analyst will be a hands-on role that will play an integral role with both finance as well as client teams. The focus of this role is consolidating and analyzing financial data from the US and Global markets and includes preparing presentations for senior leadership. Responsibilities Manage day to day finance responsibilities for a portfolio of clients including, but not limited to, client/product/estimate set up, monthly billing process, ad hoc reporting Support the Client Finance Manager/Sr. Manager to maintain expert and fluid knowledge of clients' commercial models and contractual arrangements Support the Client Finance team with internal financial reporting: monthly flash, month end close, quarterly forecasts, etc. Assist in the development of processes and workflows Required Skills & Experience Experience with budgeting and forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly results Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc. Solid financial analysis skills and comfort with numbers Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines; possession of strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to understand and establish appropriate priorities IPG Mediabrands does not require candidates to have college degrees Desired Skills & Experience Demonstrates the ability to be a team player 0--2 years of financial experience, preferably in Advertising Ability to learn and utilize several online platforms including SAP/Hyperion Ability to handle classified information in a professional and discreet manner Proven experience presenting information orally and in writing Experience in a fast paced, client service environment; a high sense of urgency, a positive attitude and willingness to learn We See You At IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
