SalaryPHE, Inc. (the parent company of Adam and Eve) is now hiring an Junior Buyer. TheJunior Buyer will assist in the purchase, planning and delivery of warehouse materials.

Duties:
- Monitors both the Track and Trace and Inbound Spend Tracking. Communicates potential issues that arise.
- Updates purchase order due dates based on confirmed shipment ETAs.
- Creates and maintains all inbound scheduling. Must ensure that receiving has appropriate packing lists for each shipment to create accurate receipts against appropriate purchase orders.
- Monitors open purchase orders to ensure timely shipping by vendor - advise purchasing agent when milestones are not met.
- Updates lead times by item
- Serves as backup on domestic buys
- Assists in PO entry
- Contributes to the success of the team by assisting in other duties defined by management.
- 1-2 years of experience working with buyer/procurement teams in a warehouse environment.
- Strong written and communications skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Must be organized and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Extensive working knowledge of PC functions and Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook.
