Junior Business Systems Analyst

Summary
Provide functional and technical support for business applications. Assist in collecting requirements from the users and works as a bridge with information technology. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze data, and assist in the development of IT solutions that drive organizational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Collect and document detailed business requirements for IT projects.
• Analyze data and perform research to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant contracts and agreements.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

• Degree in Business, Accounting or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in a business analysis or related role (internship or coursework experience will be considered).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of contracts and legal agreements is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
