Summary
Provide functional and technical support for business applications. Assist in collecting requirements from the users and works as a bridge with information technology. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze data, and assist in the development of IT solutions that drive organizational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Collect and document detailed business requirements for IT projects.
- Analyze data and perform research to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant contracts and agreements.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Accounting or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in a business analysis or related role (internship or coursework experience will be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal agreements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
