Form of workWe’re looking for a Junior Art Director whose creativity is driven by curiosity. You’re excited about creative and concepting in a variety of mediums and are most excited by the ones that haven’t been invented yet. You’ve got your own voice but can chameleon yourself to art direct to any brand personality. You’re a strong teammate, a dynamic thinker and you play nicely with others.
Responsibilities:
Work with a cross-discipline team to develop and produce original, effective and on-brief creative across multiple platforms
Establish and maintain a consistent brand look across all media
Be open to learning from others and giving your best to even the “smallest” brief
Requirements:
Killer portfolio full of student work/work from previous internships
Advertising/Art Direction major. Internship experience in an agency is a plus!
Conceptual thinking at both the premise and executional levels
Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Ability to express ideas compellingly, clearly and concisely
Comfort collaborating across disciplines
Openness and responsiveness to critique
Willingness to stand up for work you believe in
