Junior Administrator

We have partnered with a Green Bay company that is looking for an Onsite, client-facingJunior Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in computer engineering along with maintaining software programs. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a professional phone demeanor is essential.
Junior Administrator Qualifications/Skills needed:

• Assist in administering infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, database, and security software.
• Create, manage, and verify data backups.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain software programs in the hosting environment
• Provide support for employee workstations, from troubleshooting MS Office 365/MS Teams to working with Endpoint Management software.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in systems administration
• Proficient in installing, configuring, and supporting software in Microsoft environments.
• Skilled in Active Directory/Exchange management and Entra integration.
• Experienced with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams management and security.
• Familiarity with Citrix XenApp or MS Remote Desktop environments.
• Ability to identify basic network equipment, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Strong communication skills for a widely distributed environment.
