We have an immediate need for a Junior Account Executives to join our dynamic local team. The primary focus of this position is to promote our clients' brand names by developing and supporting event marketing programs.
As a Junior Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with other Account Managers, corporate marketing, and sales organizations to support marketing and event activities, driving demand and revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support programs that drive team performance towards departmental and organizational goals.
- Assist the customer service and sales team in achieving operational goals.
- Hire and provide training for new and/or less experienced customer service and sales staff.
- Review and evaluate work to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Investigate and research escalated customer service inquiries.
- Ensure employee behaviors are focused on improving customer satisfaction to drive loyalty.
- This is an entry-level position with the potential for advancement into a management role based on success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and react well under pressure, treating others with respect.
- Available to work full-time, including weekends for events.
- Willingness to travel locally for events.
- Comfortable with some in-person sales.
