Juice Cafe Attendant - Part Time & Weekends

The Raw Squeeze is looking for an energetic team member to grow with the company.

We are looking to hire and train these employees over the next week. We are currently looking to fill:

(1) PART TIME position:

Shifts Available:

FLEX POSITION: Ability to work weekdays or weekends as needed

Position requires providing exceptional customer service and ensuring upkeep of the cafe as we pride ourselves on providing delicious healthy drinks in a IMMACULATELY CLEAN modern setting.

Position does require flexibility/ability to work any day of the week IF needed.

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated, hardworking, a fast learner, and have a positive attitude. Punctuality is a must.
• Have the ability to be cross-trained in all aspects of the business
• Must be able to work independently and work day, night & weekend shifts as needed
• Must be able to speak and clearly communicate with customers
• Must be basic computer/iPad knowledge
• Ability to learn and make recipes

Responsibilities:

• Make a great first impression: smile and greet each guest
• Interact verbally with guest creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
• Prep, maintain and operate the bar
• Follow recipes accurately Chop, wash and prep fruits and vegetables
• Prepare produce throughout the day as needed
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness
• Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front facing and rotating and removing out of date products
• Maintain accurate company signage and pricing
• Be able to operate blenders, juicers other cafe equipment
• Maintain a safe, IMMACULATELY CLEAN and well organized working and shopping environment by sweeping floors, mopping and completing cleaning logs
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Knowledge, skills and abilities to operate the counter and cashier
• Be able to learn recipes and have a basic understanding of ingredient nutritional value
• Able to complete assigned opening and closing side work
• Provide exceptional customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
