Jr Residential Investment Closer/Acquisitionist

We are among the fastest growing Residential Real Estate Investment Firm in Orange County, CA and we are looking for two Closers (Full Time Sales Association) to join our amazing team of professionals. We provide comprehensive training and every tool you need to succeed. Responsibilities:

· Outbound call and talk to all leads in the que

· Overcome objections on the phone

· Follow our comprehensive acquisition plan with a focus contracting residential properties from motivated sellers

· Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially

· Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms with property owners and agents to ensure optimal terms

· Attend daily company virtual meetings

· Use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task from first follow up to contract ratification

Qualifications:

· Have all adequate business equipment: computer, noise cancelling headset, cell phone or headline phone, quiet office space)

· Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set appointments and close deals over the phone

· Enthusiastic with excellent people skills

· Quiet, private workspace, including a computer with WiFi, video, sound and sufficient memory and storage per company specs, sound reducing headset

· Professional in attitude and appearance

· Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities

· Independent and self-motivated

· Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

· Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

· Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
