Description:
Review internal and external change requests (CRs) and assign the standard or normal CRs to the appropriate operational team to implement. Coordinate and conduct meetings with The Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) and the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to determine if higher risk changes are approved, rejected, or placed in pending status. Ensures all Change Management activities are designed to implement the change are as per the standards defined by the AF and the 26 NOS IT Service Management Plan. The policies and procedures should be well defined, recognized and reviewed. Prepare reports that summarizes the statuses of CRs to provide to 26 NOS Leadership Facilitate determination risk analysis scope. Ensure network changes are peer review. Ensure pre-deployment testing and validation are documented. Document implementation and testing Maintain artifacts documenting changes and approvals. Complete special projects, as assigned. Participate in the implementation of agreed upon solutions and strategies. Troubleshoot technology issues, using various internal and external resources. Generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring tasks or problems. Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects. Participate in testing
