ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Junior MLOs will be responsible for learning how to be a successful MLO.
- Junior MLOs will be assigned a mentor/LO to work with to learn the process.
- The Junior LO will master and pass all MLO testing as required by NMLS standards, before licensed work can be practiced.
- Will learn how to complete residential Mortgage Loan applications within assignment.
- Junior LO will work with Sales Leadership to learn successful marketing strategy for building LO business.
- Represent FCM, both ethically and professionally, with a positive attitude and demeanor. Provide superior customer service, while exemplifying FCM as the Lender of Choice® in every community served.
- Follow all internal and regulatory compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Learn and incorporate CRM and Social Media into Sales Process
- Junior LO will work with MLO, LOA & Processor to assist consumer in moving the loan process from application to loan approval.
- Daily communication with new and existing customers regarding their loan application.
- Reliably quote interest rates to customers.
- Sell borrower on benefits of working with FIRST COMMUNITY MORTGAGE.
- Communicate with loan applicant throughout loan application process.
- Help consumers through entire loan process, including disclosures, collecting documents, and answering any and all questions regarding loan application process.
- Walk borrower through closing of loan and assist with any final concerns
