Hudson Automotive Group is looking foran experienced dealership accounting professional for a newly created Junior Accounting Managerrole withour growing Central Accounting team! Who are we looking for?

• Must have dealership accounting and office management experience.
• Energetic leader who loves building and developing a team.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Five to Seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

• Experience processing and generating financial data for all dealership departments, which together represent the accurate financial condition of the business.
• Experience providing accurate reporting to the Controller and overseeing in dealership accounting office and administrative functions.
• Track record of hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
