Cape Cod Heat Pumps (CCHP) is a fast-growing HVAC company specializing in ductless mini-split systems is looking for experienced top-notch electrician to join their team. Our ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and possesses great electrical abilities.

We are looking for an Apprentice or Journeyman electrician to assist our master electrician and eventually run their own jobs. The candidate would be tasked with wiring our equipment, whether it be a new installation, retrofit, or replacement. You would work alongside the master electrician with the goal eventually to be running your own van and projects.

We are offering a top-notch package of an hourly rate of $25-$40 depending on experience. A fully staffed professional office staff will assist with scheduling, billing and customer engagement, meaning you can focus on your work and daily tasks.

About the job:

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Wiring new, replacement, and retrofit HVAC equipment.

· Light duty electrical add on services to existing customers.

· Read technical diagrams and blueprints

· Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis

· Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner

· Maintain clean work area

· Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work and with a positive attitude

· Attend company meetings as necessary

· Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

About You:

· You are team oriented and you excel at collaborating across the company.

· You are knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.

· You have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

· Apprentice or Journeyman Electrical License in MA

· Valid and current driver’s license.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
