Journeyman Plumber Or Master Plumber 10 Year Experience

We are a small residential plumbing service company looking for a motivated self-starter to run service calls and eventually take over the business. I’m looking for someone that understands what it takes to be a residential service plumber. There’s no need to list everything because the person I’m looking for already knows. Pay is based on knowledge and experience $25 to $30 starting out. A licensed journeyman or Master Plumber preferred with a minimum of 10 years experience. I’m not looking for someone I have to train. You will be handed the keys and power tools you will need to get the job done, but you must provide your own hand tools. This is a lifetime opportunity. First one hired, will become first in line for promotion to service manager and eventually, business manager, and then owner/partner.
