Job Description
Journeyman Framer
· OSHA 30
· Can read and layout plan sets
· Willing to travel up to 60 miles from office
· Bilingual (Preferred, not required)
· Build walls, soffits, bulk heads, jigs.
· Help set up temporary scaffolding.
· Install siding and shingles to exterior.
· Light demo clean up and organization of construction materials.
· Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, or coatings where needed.
· Erect forms, framework, and scaffolds, hoists using hand tools, plumb rule, and level.
· Cut out openings for windows and doors.
· Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
· Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
· Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
· Knowledge of mathematics.
