Responsibilities:
As a standout member of our team, you will:
- Demonstrate your ability and knowledge in operating and maintaining a bucket truck or service van.
- Excel in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues promptly and efficiently, placing a strong emphasis on troubleshooting.
- Independently handle service calls to national account locations or "big box stores," delivering superior electrical services.
- Maintain an active inventory of necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Foster excellent communication between the office and customers, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Embrace travel as required to meet project needs.
Required Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Proficiency in computer skills, ensuring efficient documentation and communication.
- Self-starter mentality with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, enabling you to carry out job duties effectively.
- Ownership of personal tools, demonstrating preparedness and professionalism.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
- Possess a diploma or GED, establishing a solid educational foundation
