Your Impact:
You will be the pivotal force in steering the Human Resources realm for a the company. Your role will be instrumental in launching groundbreaking programs such as pay-for-performance, merit-based pay, total rewards, and employee satisfaction metrics. Your expertise will shape the company's trajectory, playing a key role in its continued success.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Corporate-level Human Resources programs.
- Proven track record as an HR Manager within a manufacturing facility or supporting plant operations.
- A passion for getting your hands dirty, rolling up your sleeves, and working collaboratively with HR Managers in the plants and also working with the executive team at Corporate.
