Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, a valid CNA certification, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to residents based on their individual needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
