As an LPN at The Carolina Inn, you'll be more than just a nurse – you'll be a trusted companion and advocate for our residents' well-being. From providing direct nursing care to assessing and documenting their health status, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, your dedication to our residents' comfort and happiness will shine through every aspect of your work.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program, with a heart full of compassion and a desire to make a difference.
• Possession of a current, unrestricted LPN license (North Carolina OR Multi State), demonstrating your commitment to excellence in care.
• Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living facility, where your warmth and empathy have made a real difference in residents' lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – because kindness and understanding are just as important as medical expertise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care possible, every single day.

Available Shift(s):

• Every Other Weekend, 7:00am - 7:00pm

*Shift differentials available for qualifying shifts!*
