About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, expanding our market presence through new customer acquisition within one of the following territories: Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain, Midwest, Upper Midwest, or Northeast. Field reps must reside within the designated territories or be willing to relocate. Your journey as a Hydrobuilder Holdings B2B field Sales Rep will involve:


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating net new business prospecting, cold calling, and other techniques.
  • Traveling within the territory to meet prospects and customers.
  • Engaging daily with prospects and customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Nurturing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Providing invaluable product insights through a customer-focused, consultative approach.
  • Overcoming customer objections.
  • Crafting effective sales strategies through account analysis.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
  • Keeping meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM.
  • Showcasing our offerings at industry trade shows (if needed).
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A gift for building relationships and superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A fierce competitive spirit and a burning desire to win.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, lead qualification, and initiating contact.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Territory buildout experience is a plus.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Clean driving record.

Travel Requirement

  • Get ready for an adventure! Expect 75-100% travel (including local territory driving).
  • While this isn't a desk job, some administrative work is part of the deal.
  • Field Sales Rep is expected to be “in territory” every day
