We are a LOCALLY OWNED (not private equity) and BCBA operated family business since 2005. We are a growing company expanding our services across Rocky Mountain states, across populations, and funding streams, with many advancement opportunities including leadership and director positions. All supervisory roles in our organization are BCBAs or BCBA-D's providing you a high level of ongoing support and supervision as you continue to develop and hone your behavior analytic repertoire.

We provide a wide variety of behavior analytic services across a wide range of individuals, providing services across the lifespan to individuals with a variety of needs. We take pride in our community-based approach to services and recognize the importance of providing services in the client’s natural environment. We focus on improving the independence of the individuals we serve and Helping them more readily access their communities. Our treatment programs involve coaching clients, care providers, teachers, and other natural supports to utilize effective data-driven strategies resulting in meaningful lasting behavior change.
Our BCBAs work closely with our RBTs to share their knowledge and skills and ensure RBTs are fully trained to implement client programs by utilizing a competency-based training approach. RBTs working on their BCaBA or BCBA receive supervision in accordance with BACB Experience Standards and are presented with opportunities for unrestricted activities (data analysis, assisting with preference and skill assessments, assisting with functional analyses, development of programming) according to the Experience Standards. Opportunities are available for collaborative research and consultations with experienced BCBAs and BCBA-Ds.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic, autonomous organization skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management skills. Applicants applying for an RBT position should have a current RBT or be willing to complete a 40-hour RBT training and pass all requirement for RBT. Applicants must be committed to an evidence-based, behavior analytic approach with a drive to stay abreast of the latest research.
