Job Description
Responsibilities: but not limited to: Focusing on and cooperating with corporate team/partners on menu development and creation for all brands current and under development. Nurturing positive working relationships with staff. Supervising staff and controlling flow of the restaurant as well as managing all kitchens. Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Assisting all units in need of task force or day to day support.
Requirements:
Have in depth culinary knowledge and experience in restaurant kitchen pre-opening and day to day operations, 10+ years in corporate/Executive Chef role a plus Strong problem-solving abilities. An ability to deliver and receive constructive criticism. Microsoft office, restaurant operation program fluency a must. An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
Pan Asian/Asian/Sushi cuisine experience a super plus
Salary: $250k + DOE (maybe higher for the absolute perfect match)
Location: NYC based only - will relocate the candidate
