JobBoss ERP Scheduler

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented JobBoss ERP Scheduler to join our team at our facility in Portland, OR. As an JobBoss Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP software, basic computer skills, blueprint reading, and experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will also possess high-level operations analysis skills, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and previous scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize JobBoss software to develop and maintain production schedules
• Analyze and interpret blueprints to determine production requirements
• Develop a schedule for employees and machinery departments to follow to ensure accurate timelines of production.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely availability of resources and materials
• Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize production efficiency
• Identify scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks and assist managment in developing solutions.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes
• Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• JobBoss experience required
• Prior experience in production scheduling preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles a plus
