Job in Basel:
As a Community Support & Backoffice employee in North Baltimore, you will be the first point of contact for members and potential members, making you the "face" of Westhive on site.
You will provide comprehensive support to members and serve as their main contact for all matters.RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a friendly, open and collaborative atmosphere and environment where members feel comfortable and enjoy working.
- Ensuring all daily operations and functions at your location run smoothly.
- Ensuring member satisfaction at your Westhive location, promoting a positive customer experience.
- Supporting and occasionally filling in for the Business Development & Sales Manager.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Backoffice tasks: member management, badge management, mail services, etc.
- Member communication.
